Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to advisors using 4th Wish Wealth Accelerator and to clients who interact with intake forms or reports generated through it.
Information we collect
Account information. When advisors create an account we collect name, email address, firm name, and authentication identifiers. When teammates are invited, we collect their name and email.
Client and scenario data. Advisors enter information about their clients — names, ages, income, savings balances, retirement goals, and tax assumptions — in order to build projections. This data is owned by the firm.
Lead capture. Visitors who submit the email form on our marketing site provide an email and, optionally, a name. We use this to send a one-time overview.
Usage data. We log technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps to operate and secure the service.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the service.
- To authenticate users and protect against abuse.
- To send transactional emails (account, intake, report delivery).
- To respond to inquiries submitted through lead-capture forms.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use client scenario data to train third-party models.
How information is shared
Client and scenario data is visible only to members of the firm that created it. We use sub-processors for hosting, database, and email delivery; each is bound by confidentiality and security obligations. We may disclose information when required by law.
Data retention
Account and client data is retained for the life of the firm's account and deleted on request, subject to legal retention requirements. Lead-capture emails are retained until the visitor unsubscribes or requests deletion.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. Contact us using the address below to exercise these rights.
Security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit, role-based access controls, and isolated per-firm data boundaries. No system is perfectly secure; report suspected vulnerabilities to the contact address below.
Children
The service is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

We will update this page when material changes occur and revise the "last updated" date above.
