Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for safeguarding your credentials.

The Service is organized around firm workspaces. The user who creates a firm becomes its owner and may invite teammates. Owners are responsible for the conduct of users they invite and for client data entered into the workspace.

• Do not use the Service to violate law or the rights of others.
• Do not attempt to access data belonging to other firms, reverse engineer the Service, or interfere with its operation.
• Do not upload malicious code or attempt to overload the Service.
• Do not use the Service to send unsolicited bulk communications.

The Service produces projections, comparisons, and illustrations based on inputs you provide and assumptions you select. Outputs are illustrative only and are not financial, tax, insurance, or legal advice. Advisors are solely responsible for the suitability of recommendations made to their clients.

You retain all rights to data you and your firm enter into the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to operate the Service for you. You represent that you have all necessary rights and consents to submit client information.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods.

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, non-payment, or to protect the integrity of the Service. You may cancel at any time. On termination, you may export your data for a limited period before deletion.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Service, your client data, or your violation of these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes lies in the courts of that jurisdiction.
